Home / Policies / Code of Honor
These pages explain how NoGeek sells digital and physical products, handles orders, protects customer data, reviews refunds, and sets fair rules for events, rewards, and customer conduct.
NoGeek works best when customers, support staff and technical partners can rely on clear information and fair behavior.
This Code of Honor applies to every visitor, customer, account holder and person contacting NoGeek support.
Treat support staff and other users with respect. Payment or delivery problems can be frustrating, but harassment, threats, insults, discrimination, spam or abusive language may lead to support limits or account restriction.
Submit real payment references, accurate screenshots, correct account information and truthful support claims. Do not edit payment proof, claim a revealed code is unused, hide changes made to account credentials or create multiple accounts to bypass policy limits.
False claims harm other customers. NoGeek may preserve evidence, deny remedies, suspend accounts or report fraud when needed.
Use delivered products only as instructed. Do not share private credentials publicly, abuse subscription access, exploit regional restrictions, use products for illegal activity or violate the rules of platforms where products are redeemed.
Do not attempt to attack NoGeek, bypass payment checks, scrape private data, automate abuse, test stolen payment methods or access any system without authorization.
Security issues should be reported responsibly to [email protected].
NoGeek may warn, pause support, cancel undelivered orders, restrict features, suspend accounts, block payment methods, preserve logs or cooperate with payment partners and authorities when this code is violated.
Customers who provide honest information and follow instructions will usually get the fastest and most practical support.
